Meet The Team Behind The Mission

  • Founder: Kennedy Cyiza

    Kennedy Cyiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and has studied Strategy Execution for Public Leadership at Harvard Business School.

    With a deep commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Kennedy brings empathy, leadership, and vision to his work. His dedication to making a lasting impact is rooted in both his personal journey and professional expertise.

  • Co-Founder: Huguette Cyiza

    Huguette Cyiza has spent over a decade working with agencies that support refugees in resettling and adjusting to new lives. In her role as a translator, she has offered vital assistance in housing, healthcare, employment, and legal navigation. This experience has given her a profound understanding of the ongoing challenges refugees face, especially after initial services end. Her passion for long-term support is the driving force behind her co-founding Hope Bridge International.

  • Partnership Advisor : Rev. Patton

    Rev. Patton is a seasoned pastor, missionary, church planter, and evangelist with global reach. He holds degrees in Industrial Management, Agronomy, and Christian Religion and Church Administration. Having preached and taught in over 87 countries, he has also authored 41 books and founded four Bible colleges. As a ministry developer and financial planner, Rev. Patton brings decades of spiritual leadership and strategic insight to Hope Bridge International.

  • Blaise Bahati

    Blaise Bahati is a registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages who have autism and developmental disabilities. Through one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Blaise helps clients build critical life skills, including communication, self-care, and social interaction, while promoting positive behavior change. His passion is rooted in helping others achieve meaningful growth and independence.

  • Esther Dora

    Esther Dora holds a degree in Business Administration and plays a key operational role at Hope Bridge International. She supports outreach campaigns, manages schedules, and assists with data collection and documentation. Her organizational strengths and heart for service ensure that HBI’s mission is carried out effectively and efficiently behind the scenes.
